Members of the Namibian Police are seen in this video throwing a man who is seemingly not resisting arrest into the back of a police van. This is despite the fact that the Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo, who has on numerous occasions spoken out against police using force except when necessary. Attempts by nbc News to get more information about what the suspect has done and what caused the police to act in the manner in which they did, proved futile.
