Pole dance needs strength, control and a seriously strong core, that’s why I train my abs at the gym specifically for pole movements ✨ These exercises help me progress faster on the pole: • Reverse crunch – builds lower abs and pelvic control (great for inverts & transitions) • Side bends – strengthens obliques and side body stability (perfect for side holds & tilts) • Hanging knee raises – builds core strength in suspension grip (helps with spins & pole control) I usually do 3 sets of 10–12 rep
