In this experiment, a theremin module is manipulating video of the Moon inside a large bell jar as a “Pepper’s Ghost”. A theremin is type of instrument that generates frequencies by using an antennae to detect electromagnetic interference. In this case, my hand is interrupting the electromagnetic field around the antenna and that causes the theremin module to send voltage into my synthesizer. My synthesizer is connected to my computer which can interpret the information and manipulate the video.
