A suspected burglar is facing a slew of charges after an alert neighbor spotted the burglar breaking into a home earlier this afternoon. The neighbor called our dispatch center just before 1PM to report they had heard someone break a window and then saw a man crawl into the garage of a vacant home on the 100 block of Clifford Street.
