Oct 10, 2024 · I have went through 3 hurricanes and it is always the same! Xfinity/Comcast does not take these storms serious!!! The electric company has the hard job. They even put the poles.I always get electric then 2 - 6 weeks later I get internet! Why you have 4000 electric trucks and only 6 guys for a whole county working Xfinity so it takes them a month.

Jan 24, 2025 · Unfortunately, when I go to the Plan Builder and select only the $79 500 Mbps service I want to keep, the Xfinity system WILL NOT allow me to continue. It flags a message "please select a service to replace each service within your current plan" - which is INCREDIBLY frustrating, as I should not have to bother a CS agent to do this.
