A spokesperson for St. Paul Public Works said road construction continued uninterrupted, and the mayor emphasized that St. Paul Police squad cars will still respond to emergencies, though they’ll do so by phone and radio dispatch, and without the aid of squad laptops.

Emergency services are fully operational, but some backend software challenges are continuing as servers remain down.

City officials have said they noticed signs of a cyberattack on Friday and shut down some systems in hopes of preventing its spread.
