The Cardinals tied for 11th in team PFF receiving grade in 2024 (78.3). Tight end Trey McBride was a monster, posting the second-best PFF receiving grade at the position (89.8), and came in at No. 3 in PFF's tight end rankings entering 2025.

This part of the offseason brings lists and rankings of all sorts for the NFL. CBS Sports' Pete Prisco put together his yearly rankings of the 100 best players in the NFL for 2025. Only one Arizona Cardinals player — tight end Trey McBride — made the top 100, coming in at No. 42.

According to NFL.com's Gennaro Filice, Cardinals' second-round pick Will Johnson carries the highest likelilood to contribute in a major way in his rookie season. Filice compiled an all-rookie team of defenders, and Johnson was the top CB on that team.
