A disabled man and his caretaker are recovering after authorities pulled them from a pool while flames engulfed the home.

The regional headquarters is expected to open in 2026 and bring about 150 jobs to Westlake, about 60 of them full time.

Providence has six pools, the most of any municipality in the state. Cranston's pool has been closed since the pandemic.
