A bid to have the sentence of triple murderer Nicholas Prosper increased to a whole-life order is due to be heard on 16 July.

Glenn Hart was convicted of first and second-degree murder in 1997 and sentenced to two life sentences: one without the possibility of parole and one that gave him a chance at release.

Ni'Shawn Jackson, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested following the execution of multiple search and arrest warrants.
