"A Grand Ole Opry Christmas" will feature music by Brad Paisley and air during the Hallmark Channel's 16th annual Countdown to Christmas event.

It’s still summertime, but Hallmark Channel is already looking ahead to this winter’s annual 16th annual Countdown to Christmas, releasing some big movie news and sneak previews of anticipated new holiday series.

Nikki DeLoach and Kristoffer Polaha are set to star in A Grand Ole Opry Christmas later this year. The movie will celebrate the season as well as the iconic Grand Ole Opry country music radio show, which turns 100 later this year. And it will be set in and around the famed Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.
