Novak Djokovic says the majority of tennis players have lost faith in tennis’ doping agencies after Jannik Sinner accepted a three-month ban, and that there are widespread feelings of “favoritism” for the sport’s biggest stars.

Novak Djokovic believes that “favoritism” is damaging tennis’ anti-doping system as several players speak out in light of Jannik Sinner’s three-month ban.

It was announced on Saturday that Sinner will serve an immediate suspension after a settlement with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), in a decision described ‘dodgy as’ and ‘too convenient’ by Australian star Nick Kyrgios and former British No.1 Tim Henman respectively.
