The trailer starts with a clip similar to that of the teaser released in April, with Wednesday's mother Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) commenting that her daughter Wednesday (Jenna Ortega) returning to Nevermore Academy marks the first time she elected to go back to a school of her own accord.
