Lions head coach Dan Campbell said last week that he expects to have running back David Montgomery back in the lineup for the team's first playoff game and nothing changed on that front over the weekend.

Running back David Montgomery was initially given a grim diagnosis when his knee injury was announced, as it was indicated that he would likely miss the remainder of the season. However, he sought out a second and third opinion and eventually elected to not get surgery.

The Lions had David Montgomery and Terrion Arnold back from injury ahead of their big matchup with the Commanders.
