Jeff Bezos may sell up to 25 million of his shares in Amazon, the e-commerce giant said in a regulatory filing, which could net its founder and executive chair around $4.75 billion in total based on the stock's current price.

Bezos shed 50 million shares through multiple rounds of sales over several weeks in February 2024, fetching over $8.5 billion.
