A recent Kentucky Powerball winner, James Farthing, is facing charges in Florida after bodycam video shows him allegedly kicking a deputy in the face during a disturbance at a St. Pete Beach resort.

James Farthing is charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, obstructing or resisting an officer, and simple battery.
