Wisconsin football announced Wednesday it will open the 2026 season against Notre Dame at the legendary venue. The game will be played on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026 at Lambeau Field, the home of the Green Bay Packers. The game will take place prior to the start of the NFL season. It's set to be televised by NBC.
