Yolanda’s Tamales is a small restaurant business that is also on wheels with a food truck owned by Andrés Yañez in Sacramento that carries his mother’s legacy as well as her special recipe.

Some of the dishes available include falafel, pizza, burgers, crepes, empanadas, ice cream, tamales, waffles and more.

Once they perfected gluten-free recipes for green chile, carrot cake, tamales and many other beloved family dishes, they decided to start sharing them by opening the food truck in 2021.
