Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum left Monday night's Game 4 at Madison Square Garden with what looked to be a serious injury. Tatum needed assistance off the court late in the game's fourth quarter after going down with what ESPN described as an "apparent leg injury."

There have been dozens of times the Celtics star sustained a painful injury, but Tatum would rise to his feet quickly. He couldn’t rise Monday.
