The Atlas V rocket launched from the Florida Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Monday, at 6:54 a.m. EDT, carrying 27 satellites to become part of its Project Kuiper constellation, which aims to provide Internet service to customers worldwide.

Amazon has contracted with ULA to launch 46 Kuiper flights, which will deploy the majority of the former’s satellite constellation. Of those, 38 will use ULA’s new super-heavy Vulcan platform, which will allow larger batches of satellites to be put into orbit.

A second batch of Amazon’s Kuiper satellites has blasted off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, aboard a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V rocket.
