With Abdul Carter, Kayvon Thibodeaux and Brian Burns ESPN ranks the Giants edge group as the second-best in the NFL behind the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Veteran running back Matt Breida is officially hanging up his cleats. According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Breida is planning to retire from the NFL after seven seasons. The 30-year-old suited up for the San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and New York Giants during his career.
