Sophia Martha Franklin, a pregnant 16-year-old from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, was reported missing. She is believed to be traveling with Gary Day, 40, whom police say is believed to be the father of her unborn baby.

According to the Wisconsin Amber Alert Program, Franklin is three months pregnant and Day is the father of her child. Police said there is a no-contact order between Day and Franklin. Day was driving a 2014 black Buick LaCrosse and has used multiple license plates — an Arkansas BBR 20L plate and a KGW5186 Pennsylvania plate, authorities say.

Gary Francis Day, 40, was charged with two counts of abduction of a child and two counts of child enticement on Tuesday in connection with the disappearance of Sophia Martha Franklin.
