We have a First Alert for dense fog in our southern counties through 9 am. Areas along and south of I-20 are under a Dense Fog Advisory. THE NEXT 24 HOURS: We also have a First Alert for rain returning to the forecast today.

As we head into the second half of the week, we will see storm chances pick up Wednesday and Thursday. Some places could see a little bit of localized flooding, vivid lightning and perhaps some small hail.
