Diablo 4 Season 7 introduces the Witch Power seasonal mechanic, which may feel familiar to Season 2's Vampiric Powers but with welcome improvements.

You can unlock Witchcraft Powers in Diablo 4 by upgrading the Witches’ Altars at the Tree of Whispers. Completing new Whisper bounties will earn you Seasonal reputation, thus opening up more Witchcraft Powers for you to learn and use.
