Deion Sanders' son Shilo Sanders was waived by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, Aug. 24 after throwing a punch at a Buffalo Bills player during a preseason game, leaving his future on the team and in the NFL uncertain.

During Saturday night’s game, Sanders was being blocked by Bills tight end Zach Davidson. After the play was over, Davidson continued to push Sanders down the field even after the whistle blew. The two players got into it, as a referee approached, when Sanders swung a punch at Davidson’s head. He was immediately ejected.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Shilo Sanders, the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, has been ejected from the third preseason game against the Buffalo Bills after an unnecessary roughness call.
