By private vehicle, it’s faster to get there. I personally drove there from Tagaytay passing thru Lemery, Batangas last November 20 24 and there’s still a lot of construction going on. This site is very promising for it offers a 360 view of the area from the top of the shrine. Hopefully they can finish soon so that many can enjoy the their tour of the place.
