Wow! First time visiting and it was wonderful. The attention to detail is magnificent. We spent nearly 6 hours and there was still more to see. The airport is impressive. Very enjoyable visit.Full review by helenw555

We have booked a Behind The Scenes tour (in German) as this was all that was available… My question is, has anybody else done this and asked the tour guide to translate the speech into English? Thanks

We are arriving by cruise into Steinwerder terminal at 8am and I have pre booked tickets with an arrival time for 9:30 -10:00. If there are delays with the shuttle into the centre and we are past 10:00 will we be turned away? I’m travelling with my elderly parents and whilst we plan to leave the ship as soon as we can. I don’t want to be constantly hurrying them up, I’m not planning on rocking up hours late but rather than totally stress about anything it would be good to know if there is some leniency in these situations.
